我的十几项发明专利都是申请的中文专利，在检索时发现都有翻译成英文的，我想可能是专利局考虑该专利比较有价值，应该对外宣传而为吧。毕竟翻译要花很多精力，申请者又没有化这方面的费用。

在专利证书上显示 publication： （ number）。。。并且号码前面有WO字样。那就是专利号了。

专利申请流程：一、咨询：
1、确定发明创造的内容是否属于可以申请专利的内容；对此咨询，建议多咨询几家后对比确定正确的结论。因为当前很多的资讯接待员是的工资都是提成制的，为了业务量，有时对咨询会有不恰当的回复。
2、确定发明创造的内容可以申请哪一种专利类型（发明、实用新型、外观设计）
二、签定代理委托协议
此时签定代理协议的目的是为了明确申请人和专利代理机构之间的权利和义务，主要是约束专利代理人对申请人的发明创造内容负有保密的义务。
三、技术交底
1、申请人向专利代理人提供有关发明创造的背景资料或委托检索有关内容；
2、申请人详细介绍发明创造的内容，帮助专利代理人充分理解发明创造的内容。
四、确定申请方案
代理人在对发明创造的理解基础上，会对专利申请的前景做出初步的判断，对专利授权可能性很小的申请将建议申请人撤回，此时代理机构将会收取少量咨询费，大部分申请代理费用将返还申请人。
若专利授权前景较大，专利代理人将提出明确的申请方案、保护的范围和内容，在征得申请人同意的条件下开始准备正式的申请工作。
五、准备申请文件
1、撰写专利申请文件；
2、制作申请书文件；
3、提交专利申请并获取专利申请号。
六、审查
中国专利局会对专利申请文件进行审查，在审查过程中专利代理人会进行专利补正、意见陈述、答辩、变更等工作。如有需要，申请人应该配合专利代理人完成以上工作
七、审查结论
中国专利局根据审查情况将会作出授权或驳回审查结论，这一过程的时间一般为：外观设计6个月左右，实用新型10-12个月左右，发明专利2-4年。
八、办理专利登记手续或复审请求：
如果专利申请被授权，则根据专利授权通知书的要求办理登记手续，领取专利证书。
如果专利申请被驳回，则根据具体的情况确定是否提出复审请求。

根据您要申请的国家有关，每个国家的专利法有差别，对申请文件的撰写要求也不一样，国外申请费用高，建议请专业代理人撰写，以保证撰写质量并与对方国家专利法相符。否则，申请后国外专利律师的费用与国内代理费有数量级的差别。

这个让人为难了这份专利是PCT申请，现在公开的版本里面还只有中文版的。

只有一个摘要是英文版的，估计还是机器译的：

A catalyst for preparing propylene and ethylene through C4 olefin catalytic cracking and the use thereof are provided. The main problem to be solved is that the hydrothermal stability of catalysts is bad at high temperature in the prior art and the yield of propylene and ethylene is low. The catalyst comprises 50~90% (by weight) ZSM-type molecular sieve modified by phosphorus, 10~50% (by weight) Al2O3 carrier and 0.01~5% (by weight) phosphorus. The C4 olefin is used as raw material, N2 is used as carrier gas and water vapour is used as diluting gas. The appearance design has been primarily verified by the Intellectual Property Department according to the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China. The Intellectual Property Department has decided to grant the patent right and the certificate as well as help to register the patent. The patent right has take into effect since the date of authorized proclamation.
The valid period of this patent right is ten years since the date of application. The legal holder of the patent has to pay annual fees in accordance with the Patent Law and detailed regulations. The annual fee of this patent shoud be paid before December 5th each year. If the legal holder of this patent couldn't pay annual fees according to regulations, the patent right would become invalid as long as the annual fee expired.
The legal status of registering the patent right is taken down on the patent certificate. The related items are written down on the register, such as transfering, pledging, expiring and regaining patent rights as well as changing name, nationnality, address and so on.
