我碰到過兩次了，需要商戶處理才能解決：
1.請商戶列印一份書面說明，就是關於這筆回款項已收到撤銷信答息，但未撤銷，現申請取消授權等內容（需要寫明持卡人姓名、卡號，消費具體時間、金額、商戶號），並蓋公章。
2.打中行客服-轉人工-問中行「授權中心」電話。
3.將該說明傳真到客服所提供的電話。
4.一般15分鍾內就可以得到解決。

說明：根據經驗，為您加了最後兩句，為了更通順更委婉，句子與語氣上也稍作修改，因為畢竟你要求人家嘛，對吧？開頭的稱謂，應寫上房東的姓氏，稱謂之上寫上時間，這是英美國家的習慣。最後落款之處要寫上你的名字。對你的處境深表同情，祝你成功！

Ⅵ 請示結尾用"懇請為盼」合適嗎

合適，請示一般用於請求指示，結尾通常使用「妥否，請批示。」或「以上請示妥否，請領導內批示。」也有情況是用於請求批准，結尾可用「當否，請批復」，結尾要加標點符號的，都是使用句號。如果用「懇請為盼「，表明自身的態度，期盼和急切。也比較適合。

請示結語的常規寫法有以下3點：

1、「當（妥，可）否，請批復（批示）」。

2、「以上請示如無不妥，請批復（批准，審批）」， 「特此請示，請批復（批示）」。

3、「以上請示如無不妥，請轉報......審批」等。

行文的注意事項：

1、行文中，必須在結尾處明確提出請上級機關「批示、批准」的要求。請示如果不寫結語，就意味著不需要上級機關「批示，批准」，「事前請示」就變成了形式主義，「請示」也成了一張白紙，失去了其本身所具備的功能。

2、與「報告」結語混淆即將請示的結語寫成了「以上報告當（妥，可）否，請批復（批示）」。這種寫法要麼把請示當成了報告，要麼把報告當成了請示，要麼在報告中夾帶了請示事項。

3、請示是公文，不是私人信件，沒有必要過分客氣。這種寫法既啰嗦，又缺乏自信，給人「上交矛盾，不負責任」的感覺。過「硬」，是指語氣太直，甚至含有命令，強迫之意。如「請指示」，「請批復」，「請批准」，太過簡練，缺少過渡，不委婉。

【主送機關】接受請求的直接上級機關，在標題下面一行頂格寫起。
