Article 1

Article 2
Party A shall provide related files and documents, including those required by the SFDA, as per the Medical Apparatus and Proct Registration Management Methods, and shall be responsible for the authenticity, validity and legality of such files and documents, while Party B shall not check the aforementioned files and documents. Should the above files and documents fail to meet the above requirements, or Party A causes any misleading or any failure, which contribute to a denial or delay to such registration application, Party A shall be liable for all such legal results.

Article 3
Party B shall be entrusted to undertake the above registration business and shall keep any and all the files and documents provided by Party A in restrict secrets. In case of any failure of such registration, Party B shall submit any explanation in written to Party A or provide any document of refusal to registration by the SFDA without any delay.

Article 4
Party A shall, within 3 days after the signing hereof, make all the payment of RMB50000yuan as the entrusting fees.

Article 5
In case of any refusal to registration, including but not limited to the false files and documents or any illegality, the entrusting fees shall not by refund, and the entrustment hereof shall be terminated as of the date when a document of refusal to register is issued by related authority. Should such registration fail e to force majeur or any changes of state policy, any party may terminate this Contract and Party B shall refund the remaining entrusting fees except those uese.

Article 6
Except otherwise agreed by both parties, neither party shall terminate this Contract.
In case of any termination made by Party A, the entrusting fees are not doomed to by refundable.

Article 7
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement this agreement shall be submitted to ____ Arbitration Committee in accordance with the relating arbitration rules in valid. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Article 8
This Contract shall come into effect as of the date, when this Contract is signed and sealed by both parties and Party A make all the payment.

❽ 合同翻譯公司都是怎麼收費的

If Party B』s Procts fail to meet the standard and requirements provided in this Contract ring the Inspection and Acceptance undertaking by Party A, Party A shall, while keeping such procts in secure and good condition, notify Party B its objection in written within 7 days of receipt of Party B』s Procts. If Party A fails to notify Party B its objection on such procts in written prior to the expiration of the above time limit, all procts delivered by Party B shall be deemed eligible and qualified under this Contract and subsequently Party A shall have no reason to withhold the payment of Party B』s Procts.

Party A shall have no claim on quality decline or damage of Party B』s procts if such decline or damage is caused by Party A』s inappropriate using, keeping and maintenance of the procts and all damages, maintenance and replacement costs arising from the said inappropriate acts of Party A shall be at its own expense.

Party B shall deal with Party A』s written objection within 7 days upon its receipt and failure to meet such time limit by Party B shall be deemed as Party B』s acquiescence of Party A』s objection and disposal suggestion.

If Party A fails to clean the payment within the time limit agreed upon without any justified reasons, both interest on and liquidated damages of the total overe value shall be chargeable at one per mille (1‰) per day from the date on which the payment is overe until repayment in full and such interest and damages shall be paid by Party A along with current account payable.

If this Contract is terminated or dissolved by Party A after it has come into force upon signature without any justified and legitimate reasons and the approval from Party B, without prejudice to the right of Party B to retrieve all the procts delivered to Party A, Party A shall agree to indemnify Party B for its losses in the amount of 90% of the total value of this Contract.

If Party A refuses to accept the procts or fails to receive the procts at agreed time, it shall take the risk of its being damaged or lost and bear all-expense, such as storage cost, arising from its refusal or failure and shall pay Party B in the amount of 90% of the total value of this Contract as default fine.

❿ 關於合同的翻譯

合同因為是法律文件對翻譯要求很高，必須找到合格的專業人士來翻譯。
國內現在做翻譯的人才輩出，但存在嚴重的魚目混雜的現象。盡管已經有了中國的翻譯資格認證，但有不少的企業和個人仍然會找無證的、所謂的」外語好「的人來為他（們）作口譯或筆譯的工作。特別是在合同的翻譯方面，若是沒有達到資格的人士所翻譯的合同，在法律上已經是無效了。
國外（以澳洲為例）所有的與法律、醫療、孩子教育等有關的程序執行過程中，如果一方存在語言障礙，就一定需要有資格的（有翻譯證的）傳譯員到場，律師文件、醫生的手術、治療等文件上簽字的不光是本人還有翻譯員，以防將來可以找到問責的人。
具體的翻譯有分三大類：口譯員、外語到中文的筆譯員、中文到外語的筆譯員。所有的專業界線分明，不得混作，除非筆譯是雙向證書，口譯員還有筆譯證書。口譯也有級別的區分，不同的場合只能讓達到不同級別的翻譯來做，如會議翻譯不可做同傳等。
