3、乙は甲によって提供して署名して確認する図面と資料依拠するために製作を行うべきで、質を守るべきです、量を守ります、時間に正確な完成、そして交付して甲に使います。
4、甲の同意を経ていないで、模型はその他の模型の製作部門あるいは個人に手渡すことができません。
6、乙は模型の上で権力(権利)があって（甲を通じて(通って)賛成します）合理的な位置乙のマークを設けて、乙を経ていないで覆い隠しますかます取り除くことに賛成してはいけません。

原因のため、乙の時間は契約の約束によって模型を交付していないで、日割りで甲に契約の総額5‰の違約金を支払います。
2、甲の延べ払いも越えますによって金額を払って日割りで乙に5‰の違約金を支払います。
八、契約の1式の2組、雙方はそれぞれ1組とって、そのまだ終わっていないこと、雙方のから話合いによって解決します：協議はできないで、いかなる一地方は広州市仲裁委員會に皆仲裁を申請してよいです。
九、契約が雙方を通じて(通って)締結して、捺印した後にすぐ発効します。
