第十四條乙方如提前歸還部分貸款本息,對提前還款部分,仍按本合同第四條規定的方法計收貸款利息,不計退提前還本部分貸款的利息。

(4)乙方連續三個付款期或在本合同期內累計六個付款期未按時償還貸款本息;

第四章合同的變更

第五章爭議的解決

第二十條如因履行本合同而產生任何糾紛,雙方應友好協商解決;協商解決不成的,由甲乙雙方共同選擇下列方式之一解決
