C. 河北新農村民居建築設計大賽評選揭曉

經嚴格細致評審，備受關注的河北新農村民居建築設計大賽日前產生100件「優秀設計方案」，而「十佳設計方案」將最終由全省農民投票選出。

為引導廣大農村提高民居建設水平，逐步改變農村住宅目前存在的設計風格千篇一律、院落布局不盡合理、使用功能不夠齊全、燕趙建築文化特色不突出等問題，2006年9月，河北省文明辦、省建設廳聯合組織開展新農村民居建築設計大賽，為農民群眾提供形式多樣的民居建築設計方案。

據了解，大賽從體現河北建築文化特色、地域特徵出發，要求參賽作品在建築方案布局、技術指標、使用功能等方面符合我省農村特徵，並在經濟適用、建築結構和選材等方面符合當地自然環境，強調設計方案突出創新。大賽共徵集到499件作品。經過匯集省建築設計、城鄉規劃、民俗文化等方面專家組成的評審委員會認真篩選，最終評出了100件優秀設計方案。

據介紹，由評審委員會評出的這100件優秀設計方案將在媒體上公布，全省農民可投票選擇自己喜愛的設計方案。最終將根據群眾投票，確定「河北新農村民居建築設計大賽十佳設計方案」。對評審出的100件優秀設計方案(含十佳設計方案)，主辦單位將匯編成冊，免費下發全省農村，供農民群眾選用。評選活動結束後，主辦單位還將組織各市分別確定2—4個村選用優秀設計方案，開展河北新農村民居建設試點工作，取得經驗後在全省推廣普及。

從私密角度來說，保持主人的私密性 玄關是入門處的一塊視覺屏障，避免外人一進版門就對整個居室一覽無權余；同時，也是家人進出門時停留的迴旋空間。玄關的設立應充分考慮與整體空間的呼應關系，使玄關區域與會客區域有很好的結合性和過渡性，應讓人有足夠的活動空間。
從風水上來說，開門見紅，也叫開門見喜，即一開門就見到紅色的牆壁或裝飾品，入屋放眼則喜氣騰騰之感，給人的精神感覺溫柔振奮，心情舒暢。
從裝飾上來說，玄關是整個家的一個亮點。給人進門眼前一亮的感覺，從地面到天花都有一個協調性，進門最前端可以設計一個端景，加上地面上的拼花，天花上的吊頂造型，再配點裝飾掛畫，整個風格設計就呈現在眼前。
玄關當然少不了的就是它的儲物功能，如換鞋、放傘、放置隨身小物件等，為了方便出入，總少不了我們生活所需的大衣櫃。
