3.20不可抗力：
3.20.1尽管规定第3.17，3.18和3.19，供应商不得用于其高性能的安全责任没收违约金或违约而终止，如果并且只要其拖延执行或其他不履行其根据合同义务，是一个不可抗力事件的结果。

3.22终止的便利：
3.22.1的书面通知买方，发送到供应商，可终止合同的全部或部分，它在任何方便的时间。终止通知应具体终止对买方的便利，在何种程度上对供应商绩效依照合同终止，以及当日即终止

3.22.2的货物齐全，并准备装运后三十日内供应商的终止通知后（30）天，应接受买方在合同条款和价格。至于余下的货物，买方可以选择：
1）有任何部分的完成，并在合同条款和价格交付;和/或
b）将取消余下的供应商支付商定的部分完成，以前采购的货物的数量。

Article 3. Termination

Article 4. Consultant Fee

根据是中英文版本，翻译成英文如下：

合同效力，指依法成立受法律保护的合同，对合同当事人产生的必须履行其合同的义务，不得擅自变更或解除合同的法律拘束力，即法律效力。

这个“法律效力”不是说合同本身是法律，而是说由于合同当事人的意志符合国家意志和社会利益，国家赋予当事人的意志以拘束力，要求合同当事人严格履行合同，否则即依靠国家强制力，要当事人履行合同并承担违约责任。

合同翻译过程中要注意如下错误：

一、合同时间条款的翻译

合同中有严格的有效时间范围，翻译时必须按照原文设定的时间来翻译。翻译一定要看清，是截止到什么时间还是介于什么时间之间，否则其差别往往会引起合同双方的争执。

二、合同中金额条款

合同中的金额翻译也是容易出错的地方，翻译时必须注意，不得差露、涂改甚至是伪造。要正确使用货币符号和小数点，不同的货币符号代表不同国家的货币，小数点代表分节号，稍有疏忽其后果就不堪设想。合同翻译时国际贸易中最为常见的翻译类型，但并不是比较容易的翻译。相反，合同翻译是很复杂、很重要的翻译，若译文不准确或者不规范势必引起合同双方的经济纠纷。我们经常有看到新闻因为合同中一个小数点点错而造成金额上的巨大不同，合同翻译一定要严谨、仔细再仔细，不能出一点差错。

三、合同责任条款中连词和介词的使用

责任条款是明确规定双方责任权限和范围的，常常使用连词和介词的固定结构，但是如果不能正确理解合同条款的意思，使用不同的介词或者连词，翻译之后的内容就会与原文大相径庭。

『拾』 “以……为准”，比如说“以合同范本为准”。求地道英文翻译。
