一：甲方同意乙方的付款要求：甲方同意乙方下单后不付定金，但乙方必须在见到提单COPY件后付清100%的全额。
1. Party A agreed to the request of the Party B for payment: Party A agreed that Party B does not pay the deposit after placing an order, but Party B must be paid in 100% once the COPY of bill of lading reached.
二、 甲方要求乙方承诺: 乙方不得取消已确认的订单。一旦乙方要求取消订单，即甲方的所有损失由乙方负责，乙方至少赔理甲方总货款的50%.
2. Party A requires Party B to promise: Party B shall not cancel the commitment once the orders confirmed. Once Party B canceled the order, Party B is responsible for all losses of Party A, Party B should compensate at least 50% of the total amount of payment for goods of Party A.
以上协议签订后即生效，希望甲乙双方共同遵守，否则视为违约，违约金为人民币贰拾万元。协议一式二份，甲乙双方各执一份。
After the signing, the contract is effective, which both parties are required to abide by, or as a breach of contract. The penalty of breach is RMB 200000. The agreement above is made into two copies, both sides armed with a of the agreement.

1.“Year” means (subject to any other Agreement by the parties) from January 1st to December 31th, inclusive ring the term of this agreement and, for the calendar year or part thereof in which this agreement shall terminate, the period from January 1 to the date of termination.
