经严格细致评审，备受关注的河北新农村民居建筑设计大赛日前产生100件“优秀设计方案”，而“十佳设计方案”将最终由全省农民投票选出。

为引导广大农村提高民居建设水平，逐步改变农村住宅目前存在的设计风格千篇一律、院落布局不尽合理、使用功能不够齐全、燕赵建筑文化特色不突出等问题，2006年9月，河北省文明办、省建设厅联合组织开展新农村民居建筑设计大赛，为农民群众提供形式多样的民居建筑设计方案。

据了解，大赛从体现河北建筑文化特色、地域特征出发，要求参赛作品在建筑方案布局、技术指标、使用功能等方面符合我省农村特征，并在经济适用、建筑结构和选材等方面符合当地自然环境，强调设计方案突出创新。大赛共征集到499件作品。经过汇集省建筑设计、城乡规划、民俗文化等方面专家组成的评审委员会认真筛选，最终评出了100件优秀设计方案。

据介绍，由评审委员会评出的这100件优秀设计方案将在媒体上公布，全省农民可投票选择自己喜爱的设计方案。最终将根据群众投票，确定“河北新农村民居建筑设计大赛十佳设计方案”。对评审出的100件优秀设计方案(含十佳设计方案)，主办单位将汇编成册，免费下发全省农村，供农民群众选用。评选活动结束后，主办单位还将组织各市分别确定2—4个村选用优秀设计方案，开展河北新农村民居建设试点工作，取得经验后在全省推广普及。
