我是北林的城规（风园），今年刚毕业，当初也都有过迷茫，也算是半个过来人，希望能帮你一点
1，就英语来说，没有特别的要求，不像经济那样有很高要求，完全看你以后想要怎么发展，想出国的话当然要学好，对于进外企像EDAW这种公司，英语是一方面，仅仅英语好也是不够的，还要有一定的设计能力。
2，公司性质的话，大的国际设计公司EDAW，EDSA什么的，刚毕业没有经验很难进，尤其是今年，而且这种公司通常很大牌，工资会比较低。一般都是从一些小的公司做起，很多人会自己开事务所做自己的设计，我个人比较倾向于这个方向，不容给别人打工，很多教授都有自己的事务所。如果求稳定，进园林局这种事业单位比较好，不过比较难。
3，深造的问题，个人比较倾向于出国，个人觉得，对于我们这种设计性的工作，多见见世面很有帮助，体会不同的文化与思想。王向说过，读研出国比在国内好，读外校比在本校好。不过仁者见仁吧。在国内读研也有很多好处的，能更早更深入接触国内的设计行业。国内的话，北林南林比较好。清华北大都有景观系，不过评价一般，毕竟我们不是人家的重点学科。
4，行业前景，厄...老师们都说是很好的，景观师的地位在不断提高，（强调一下景观师并不是什么“做园林的”，同样做园林，有园林施工也有园林设计，景观是很复杂的学科，并不是“懂一些环境的部局就差不多了”，主要也跟个人追求有关），不过整个中国的设计行业在发展，中国也正在大兴建设，这个行业前景应该还是很好的，在中国。在国外一些发达国家，就比较趋近于饱和了。
5，建议嘛，一定要拓宽眼界，基本知识理论就不用说了。看书是一定要的，多看书，随时了解国内外设计动态，很多大师，大师作品多多了解会对自己很有帮助。
